Reflection

In her abstract colourfield paintings, Honey explores the lived experience of memory and how they shift, fades, and resurfaces as we move through life. Through layering and colour combinations, she aims to capture this ephemeral quality, allowing hues to drift and collide, evoking the emotional weight of remembering and forgetting. As she describes, each painting becomes a sensory landscape where the past and the present coexist. Some colours pulse with clarity like vividly recalled moments, while others dissolve into softness. The act of painting mirrors memory itself, fluid and deeply personal.
